After you have accepted the Terms and Conditions below, please correctly enter the e-mail address of the player, to which this subscription applies to, on that page. Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions below, before you accept them.

Payment is made against the subscriber's e-mail address. This e-mail address, has to be the e-mail address you use to play your games. Do not subscribe your Pay Pal account address, unless it is used to play your games. The e-mail address you subscribe, will be the one you will have to use, for all of your games. If you use a different e-mail address, you will be asked to subscribe it. All optional word finders and bingo finders used, are not part of your subscription, and the format of them may change, from time to time.

Your subscription allows you to play as many games as you wish, within your subscribed 12 months period, so long as you use the e-mail address you have subscribed. Your opponents will also need to be subscribed, if they wish to play at the site. Once you are subscribed, you will not be asked back to this page, until your subscribed e-mail address expires, in 12 months time. If you change your Internet Service Provider or your e-mail address, at some future point, we can transfer subscriptions to new e-mail addresses on request.

Players have a subscription, based on the e-mail address they have subscribed. If you change geographical location temporarily, and need to use a different e-mail address, we can accommodate that. That subscription period, would be given on a temporary basis, and then be deducted from your main subscribed e-mail address.

Should the website be forced to close for whatever reason, subscribers will be entitled to a refund, based upon the number of full outstanding months remaining on their subscription. No guarantee is made as to the amounts however. Provided funds are available, the owners of the website will endeavour to refund up to the full subscription, less one twelfth of the value pro rata, in accordance with the number of months remaining on the subscription. The external Ezboard Forum is optional, registration is free, and it is not part of your subscription.
